Goh Kee Lun, aged 46, was appointed as Executive Director cum Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 16 April 2025. He graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting from the University Science of Malaysia.
He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with CPA Australia. He possesses over 20 years of diverse experience in investment management, capital markets, corporate finance, and strategic business development across Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
Currently, he holds several leadership positions. He serves as the Chairman of Blueshark Holding Limited, where he directs the Group's capital market strategies and oversees the international expansion of its smart e-scooter brand, particularly within the ASEAN region. Additionally, he is a Director at CIS Pride Fund, managing high-net-worth family investments across Asia through a diversified portfolio that includes equities, collectibles, ETFs, trade financing, and digital assets.
As the Managing Director for China and the GCC at HKFAEx Group, he leads market expansion initiatives and fosters cross-border collaborations. In Malaysia, he serves as a Director of SSH Capital Holdings, contributing to investment strategies and overseeing a real estate portfolio in the Klang Valley with a gross development value exceeding RM500 million.
Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at B String Finance Advisory in Shanghai, focusing on cross-border investments, capital structuring, and mergers and acquisitions, assisting high-growth companies in raising substantial capital.
